Favorite Things: Accessories

Linking up with Erika & Andrea for another edition of Favorite Things and this month it is all about our favorite accessories.

My wedding ring & engagement ring are obviously more special to me than any other accessory I own but I don't really consider it an accessory but for those of you who'd like to see them here are some pictures.

I love my engagement ring and I think he did a great job picking it out, but I would've loved whatever he choose because of what they mean. I never take my wedding rings off, ever. I just love looking down and seeing them there.

Now onto my other favorite accessories.

I love a boyfriend watch. It is my favorite way to accessorize. It isn't overkill and adds a little something to an outfit and really can go with whatever I'm wearing on a given day. I wear this watch almost everyday.

#2 My Alex & Ani Bracelets

I have been given a lot of Alex & Ani bracelets as gifts over the past few years. I currently own the Family, Daughter, Strength, Aunt, & Love bangle bracelets. I love them! When I'm making a "stacked wrist" aka layering lots of bracelets on one wrist, I usually add some Alex & Ani bracelets. They are also fun to wear just on their own. If you are looking for a Mother's Day gift this would be a great option & they are really affordable. A lot of them are only $28!

#3 Sparkly Stud Earrings

I wear these earrings all the time! I've never been a big earring person and prefer studs. These are especially great when you have your hair pulled back to add a little something to your look.

This was a STEAL for sure. I picked it up at Walmart a few summers ago for $5! I love to wear it to dress up an outfit & I wear it a lot to weddings, special events, etc. I couldn't find mine at Walmart, but Amazon has a lot of really awesome statement necklaces. #5 Riley Necklace

The picture is a little blurry, but this is what the pendant looks like up close.

My Christmas gift before Riley was born was a pendant with her "R" initial on it. We found a small initial pendant on Etsy HERE for only $9.00 and knew it was perfect. Mike wanted my opinion before buying and, in an attempt to save money, we decided to buy just the pendant and find a necklace somewhere else to add it to. I found THIS necklace at Target that had an infinity symbol and knew it was the perfect necklace to add the pendant to. In total, I only spent about $25 (I got the necklace on sale last year). I plan on adding to the necklace as we have more children. This was another reason why I loved just buying a pendant because I can add to it later. Target is doing a BOGO 50% off on select accessories right now too, so it is a perfect time to get one as a gift for Mother's Day or for yourself!

So these are my absolute favorite accessories!
