Here's what life has been like in the Lindquist house..
The weather has been snow, snow, snow..and did I mention snow? So for most of the month we have been spending a lot of time inside playing. She loves going through her tunnel nana and papa got her for Christmas.
Riley loves to play peek-a-bo. Her new favorite spot is under the coffee table.
Riley received these awesome bells from grandma and grandpa for Christmas and we decided to take them out to play one day. It's neat because if comes with different nursery rhymes you can play with the bells according to their color. Riley LOVED it.
We have been trying to find a sippy cup Riley likes to start transitioning her off of bottles, and finally I think we have found our winner! She loves the straw kind. I sort of had this a-ha moment when she kept wanting sips from my water bottle with a straw and saw a 3-pack of these at BJ's on sale for $10.99.
Riley has also been really into baby dolls in the past week. She tries to feed her baby a bottle and carries her baby around with her every where. I love how nurturing and sweet her personality is.
We've also been playing a lot with daddy. Riley loves to wrestle with her daddy.
We also made a trip to the mall and Panera for dinner one night. Riley loved waving at people as the walk by but as soon as they got close she would turn around and "run" to me. She was so funny!
We've also started teaching Riley how to eat with a spoon. We're taking baby steps and starting with some yogurt at breakfast.
Super Bowl Sunday, we had some friends over to watch the game. The end of the game was so crazy, I literally had tears of joy when we won!
We also visited my best friend from High School, her husband, and their soon-to-be baby, Aria for brunch. Riley loved trying out their piano.
Riley and I met up with some momma friends for some fun at Bounce! Fun Center to get out some energy and practice walking. It was our first time going and we loved it!
Happy Monday! Hope you all have a great week!
