Friday Favorites

ONE

Game of Thrones
Mike and I have been watching it non-stop while he has been on break the past few weeks. It is very graphic and was a little hard to get into at first but now that they have developed the characters, it is really good!

TWO

Camp Reunions
We had the opportunity to go back to the camp Mike and I met at this past weekend and it was so nice! It was so much fun bringing Riley and introducing her to so many of our friends from over the years. It really brought back lots of memories and made me reminisce and thank God for all the blessings in my life. We ate corn man, went swimming and enjoyed a beautiful day by the lake. A really wonderful day!

THREE

Time with family at the lake.
We had the best time at the lake visiting Mike's godparents. Mike's aunt and uncle from California also made the trip and Mike's parents drove up from South Carolina. I actually met Mike's parents and godparents for the first time at this lake house, so bringing Riley there was a pretty wonderful moment. We had a great time playing with their dog, Molly, swinging on their swing, playing the sprinkler and spending quality time with our loved ones.

FOUR

Dryer Sheet Tip.
If you missed it, on Tuesday, I shared a really easy way to make doing laundry a little simpler! You can read about it HERE.

FIVE

Local Library Discounts
I have recently discovered that our local library offers discount (sometimes even free) passes to various places around the state. We went to the zoo a few weeks ago using one of the passes and received free admission! They also offer them for state parks, museums, aquariums, etc. Get in touch with your local library and ask if they do something similar. It is a really great resource! An great way to get out with your kids and save money while doing it!

Linking up with AndreaErika Narci for another edition of Friday Favorites with DarciApril, Natasha and Christina for Five on Friday!
